Our Staff:
A Church Ministry staff is common in the churches of today. They take on many different titles with multiple responsibilities. There are requirements that most churches demand of any staff member. These requirements might range from educational to life experiences, others may require years of proven faithfulness in other positions of responsibility. These and many other requirements are definitely beneficial to any church staff but we must never forget that God can do great and mighty things with people who are surrendered to servant-hood, those who are truly committed to their calling and those whose love is the Lord. Certainly you will find the staff of Lakeside Baptist Church dedicated to the call of ministry that God has placed on their life. As our ministry staff continues to gain experience, as pastor leader, I wholeheartedly stand in front of this staff as their leader and behind the wonderful staff of Lakeside in support of their ministry. I have seen each of them surrender to the call of ministry during their worship here at Lakeside Baptist Church therefore I know that they will serve well. You can rest assured that your families ministry needs will be answered by the ministry staff here. Teaching the Word of God is a priority and our worship together will be incredible and exciting.
